Zhenmorntek Completes R&D and Pilot Production Line, Adding Small-Batch TIM Delivery Capability

May 1, 2026

Zhenmorntek has recently completed its R&D laboratory and pilot production line, equipped with core process equipment for compounding, deaeration and filling, and has established basic testing capabilities for thermal conductivity, thermal resistance, electrical properties and long-term reliability. The company can now develop formulations, prepare samples and supply thermal gels, thermal greases, thermal encapsulants and potting materials and thermally conductive adhesives in small batches.

For thermal interface materials, the formulation, the filler dispersion process and production control directly determine batch-to-batch consistency. The company has put standardized process controls in place, with multiple inspection points from raw material intake and compounding through in-process testing to finished goods release, so as to keep batch variation tightly controlled.

At this stage the company can take on customer sample validation and small-batch trial production, and will expand the production line in line with market orders. On the R&D side, work continues on high-thermal-conductivity, low-oil-bleed systems and on low-modulus, highly reliable silicone thermal interface materials, alongside related intellectual property development.

As an early-stage company, Zhenmorntek gives priority to customers' validation needs and responds quickly to custom development requests. We welcome partners from across the supply chain to visit us and exchange ideas as we work together to advance domestic development of the thermal interface materials industry.
